Shipping, Warranties, and Returns

Warranty and Returns

Givera stands by the quality of its watches, however, each timepiece comes with a 1-year single-use warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects but does not cover damage/wear due to usage. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@givera.ca so that we can treat you with the best of service.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. If your return request is accepted, you will be refunded the full amount of what you paid for on the returned product/order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (in brand new condition), and in its original packaging. All the contents in the package that were present within your original Givera purchase delivery must be included within the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at contact@givera.ca and we'll take you through the steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any shipping fees upon return.

You can always contact us regarding any warranty or return questions at contact@givera.ca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping in nearly all countries. Please note that there may be customs/duty fees for purchases delivered outside of Canada. These fees may vary depending on the country where the order is delivered to. Any potential customs/duty fees are not issued nor paid by Givera.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are relatively accurate, however they are simply an 'estimate'. Due to the situation surrounding COVID-19, please be advised that there may be potential delays, however carriers are doing their best to deliver packages on time.
